History

Moto-Track  is a East Rand Based company situated in Kempton Park, partnering up with all major law enforcement agencies and a national footprint of recovery agents. Moto-Track was founded in 2018 by Horace and Moyra Pizer with exceptional service in mind. 

Management has a combined total of 52 years in Law Enforcement (SAPS), Vehicle Tracking industry and  investigations.

Horace Pizer (Director)

Horace comes from a long history of SAPS and Vehicle tracking. Served from 1997 to 2004 in various departments of the South African Police such as Crime Prevention, Specialized Task Teams and Flying Squad. Horace gained valuable experience in combating and identifying crimes and crime trends. 

In the Vehicle Tracking field Horace worked as Operations Manager and National Operations Manager in various large Vehicle Tracking companies. Horace is skilled and certified in the following fields

• Health and Safety (Private)
• Hijack Prevention (Private and SAPS)
• Close Protection (SAPS)
• Anti Terrorism (SAPS)
• Reaction Services (Private and SAPS)
• Investigations (Private and SAPS)

Moyra Pizer (Director)

Moyra served in the Police from 1998 to 2017 where she served in Crime Prevention, Station Level, Reaction Services, Detective Services and Supply Management Service. 

As a detective in the South African Police service Moyra achieved a high conviction rate on cases assigned to her. 

Moyra skilled herself doing extra courses both on station level and specialized units such as organized crime working mainly with vehicle related crimes
